cancellations/ No-shows
All appointment reminders are delivered as a courtesy in advance of your upcoming appointments. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please log onto your stylist's booking page to reschedule or cancel. At least a 48 hour notice is required so we have the opportunity to fill that space. Canceling or rescheduling without proper notice may result in a 50% charge of scheduled services. Please check your stylist's Policies.
late
We totally get that things happen, but if you are going to be late, please let your stylist know as soon as possible so they can try to coordinate the remainder of the day's schedule. If you are running too far behind, your Stylist may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for another time resulting in a missed appointment fee. Please check your stylist's policies.
Returns/ exchanges/ re-dos

Each business may have it's own RETURN/EXCHANGE/RE-DO Policy in place. Please refer to your stylist's own individual business policies before scheduling an appointment or making a purchase to make sure you are comfortable with it.
